FINALLY finished. I've been trying to get this one done for months now, finally get a sketch I like, and it's done four days later. Lot of things I like about it, and only a few nitpicks, so I'm happy.
EDIT 4/12/07- I ended up redoing this one, so I'm moving it to WIPs. New version will be uploaded soon!

That is too adorable >.< Parrots with chubby cheeks are always the best. And teh subtle shading on him is great, too. Greens a good color.
